These terms govern the use of this website and the apps Boggo publishes on it. Where an app has its own agreement, that one takes precedence for the app; these terms still cover the website around it.

What visitors may do, and the short list of what they may not: scraping, probing, interfering with other people's use. Any account rules one account per person, keeping credentials safe, being answerable for activity under them.

Who owns the site, the code and the content, and the licence a visitor gets. Third-party components keep their own licences, listed or linked here.
Content You Submit
What happens to anything a user uploads or writes: the licence granted to us, what we may remove, and who remains responsible for it.
Availability and Changes
No uptime promise unless a separate agreement makes one, and the right to change or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and Liability
The warranty position, the cap on liability, and the losses excluded written so the mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited are called out plainly.
Governing Law
The governing law and the forum for disputes, plus any consumer dispute body that applies.

How updates take effect, and the notice given before they do. The date at the top of this page is the version marker.
